Hi I just want to give you fair warning. Biotin will help promote hair growth. Unfortunately you may grow hair all over your body not just on your head. If you are a guy its no big deal but if you re a woman it is not such a good thing. I tried it in the past so I am talking from experience. Your hair will grow longer and fuller, but beware.
