I don't know how extreme you want to go. but some non-expensive things are to buy good soap and shampoo without benzene, using baking soda as toothpaste. Stay away from lotions. Buy organic vegatables (that's where it gets expensive) and natural meats.
Have some fun and go to the lemonade/fasting forum to start getting the poisons out.
