I did a watered down version of the stuff in the book by Dr. Sandra Cabot-"The Liver Cleansing diet'- mostly to do with not eating contaminated food (those numbers on the side of packaged food), fried food(especially) , refined Sugar products, baked goods (especially) that has stopped 99.9 of the pimples. The time it took to get results depended on how discipled i was. Later after the pimples were clear, if i had a can of coke or some chocolate, zits came back within 3 days- with 100% reliability. I got it down to within 1 day predictability. I am going to do the gall blader cleanse, as I have found Lemon juice in the morning night is refreshing for my energy levels. just plug away at it and dont let people take you away from your right to eat clean food. I still have people around me constantly critisizing my diet, as they just don't know the fact about what is in our food these days- and they dont want to know coz it implies they have to change. Based on my personal experience only, i would think a clean diet would have a visible effect within 4 weeks. Initially getting worse but then start to clear by the end of 3 months . The fatty stuff in most tradtional food and the chemicals in them all have to go through the liver. The liver gets filled up and the crap ends up on the skin.. thats what it works like for me. I aviod medicines as they only have to be cleaned up by the liver too. This stuff works - keep plugging away.
I have'nt tried the zapper but i imagine it would only help. Shotgun approach...very effective. Read the Paul Bragg books, etc. and just become as knowledgeable as you can. Nice to see you in this forum, rather than the doctors office - which i tried with no results.
