I already realized how yukky this stuff is when I take it too much:) I haven't got past three to four drops in a glass with the 17.5% and I think some reactions are already surfacing. I know what you mean - it got to go worst before it gets better?:( My stomach was a bit grumbly and I see it on my face and skin too!
I'll try to go slow although looking at this chart here

Your experience sounded very promising! I will surely include this as part of my healing plans. Thanks for sharing with me. My 35% food grade just arrived safely yesterday and now I can be luxurious...bath etc.:) ....Rahi
