the first and best response to brain fog and fatigue is cleansing the bowels!!! get a colonic or get an enema bucket setup and flush it clean. Until you do that you'll feel awful. You cannot get the liver to dump toxins and just let them sit there in the intestines, they'll go right back intot he bloodstream!!!!!!! Just flush your colon out, then start up with the Colonix and you'll see - brainfog be gone! :)
