what I have read on other sites: The peroxide is not the problem to make it safe for human consumption but the preservatives in the "normal" 3% peroxide found at the local drug store, etc. If it is labeled "Food Grade" you can ingest it following the directions on the bottle as to how far it should be diluted. Start with 1 drop in 8 oz of water, increasing 1 drop per day until it is so strong you can't stand the taste was the reconmendation. I'll try to find the sites I was looking at.
