I'm so sorry you are feeling bad (((big hug))).

The detox was really something....I had a very clogged head; like a head cold, and a runny nose, and felt tired. But fear not. It eventually gets much better. I don't believe that the heat effects it at all. I have it on autoship, and have never had any problems with it. Directions come with it about dosage amounts, along with a certificate of authentication...isn't that something? But you'll saturate your body with it, then taper off a bit.

Keep in mind that you'll probably need to give it at least 3 months to see the true benefits. I saw the benefits a month or two into taking it, and I never had more inflammation problems in my eye, and never had anymore m.s. symptoms.

Oh yeah, it will probably help your eye dryness. Sometimes I get that, and a half hour to hour after I take it, the dryness goes away. But keep in mind I've been on this stuff for a long time.
