Thanks for the knowledge that you give. Everyone has something to add
that can be very helpful for the rest of us.


You are not really going to want to hear this, but, if you want to
loose weight, I can tell you what happened to me. In 4 months I've
lost over 10 lbs. Closer to 15 lbs. Not only does a good diet change
help drastically but I attribute a lot of it to the ES drinks. What I
mean is, the ES causes me horrifying diarrihea. Eliminating gallons
of body retained water before the oil drink and the next morning,
along with fasting practically 2 days every 2 weeks, has helped a
lot. I really get drained from the ES and everything moves out,
including extra body water. It's almost a dehydrating effect that I
really look forward too. I think that also contributes to the
euphoric feeling after a flush. Anyway, I know you can't stand ES,
but it really does the body many different kinds of wonders.
Just a thought.
