I think in general it's good to JUSt do Colosan for like a week or two, and then do the night/day switch off. But if your stools are already pretty formed, taht means the Colosan isn't finding a lot to do in you intestines, so you can probably keep doing both right now! But your hubby should wait, definitely. :)
