Shelley,

I have been boiling water and then adding the ACV to it for
enemas and drinking, but got to thinking that I may be
killing the good bugs. We do have a water purifier on
our water, but I feel better boiling it first. Should
I let it cool before adding the ACV. Thanks again Shelley!
