Chinese bitters before flush instead of GCG? by annie04 ..... Ask Shelley # 2

I set appts for colonics before and after my flush which I planned
for July 7. I have to make those appts well ahead of time because
my colonic therapist is very busy.

I've been taking Gold Coin Grass in the mornings for the past 3 and a half weeks along with Coptis and Curcuma at night. Before the GCG
I took Chinese Bitters in the morning for 2 weeks or more.

Here's my dilemma. It appears that I don't have enough GCG to make it until July 7. Seems I remember in one of your posts that it's ok to take Chinese Bitters instead the last few days before the flush. Is that right?

As I look at Mrs. Chang's directions, I notice that they say to take Chinese Bitters a few days before the flush. Based on the amount of GCG left in the bottle, I may run out of it about 5 days before my scheduled flush. So, I would be taking Chinese Bitter those last 5 days. Does that seem ok? Taking it for as many as 5 days?

My other choice would be to use the colonic I have scheduled as the
"before flush" clean out as the "after flush" clean out instead, therefore, moving up the time of my flush by 3 days and having to use the Chinese Bitters in place of GCG for only 3 days.

Maybe it doesn't make any difference, but since this is my first time at attempting a flush, I want to get good results.

One thing I'm concerned about is that I had no reaction to taking
the daily tablespoon of Chinese Bitters in the first weeks, no headache or anything. I'm very deficient in glutathione and a biochemist friend of mine said that the deficiency may contribute to not having much bile and not having a very good flush. Do you have any opinion on that? He has never known anyone who has done a flush.

Thanks for any input you can give me.

Annie
