I did my second flush last night. I'm still waiting on the proof in
the pudding LOL. I took 10 ornithine tabs this time and slept much
better (only 4 the first flush)! I probably would have slept through
but my kids woke me up with the flu :(

I took the Epsom Salt this time. 1 Tablespoon each time stuffed into
12 gel caps. I took the first dose with fresh grapefruit juice
thinking maybe it would help dissolve the ES caps faster. I used
water with the 8pm dose. They took a bit longer to work but they
worked.


I did get more nauseous this time though and hurled around 9:45pm.

I don't think I could drink the stuff again though! I took
my oil and juice around 10:30 after my stomach had settled. I did
fine until early this morning when I have the heaves again but
nothing was left in my stomach.

I can't bring myself to take the ES again this morning. I've had two cups of apple juice with Awareness' Experience hoping that will move everything along.

Has anyone else experience such an upset stomach with the cleanse?

Maybe I just have a more sensitive system?
