I had the same experience with the fruit juice. I had blood Sugar problems for probably 30 years before I did the Atkins diet which controls it but doesn't totally make it go away. I had different diets throughout that time. Everything from junk food junkie to strict vegitarian with many variations in between. If I have to do the Atkins thing to keep stable I will but it's nice to dream that my zapper and removing toxins might bring me permanent cure. I sure do miss eating more fruit and all those yummy whole grain products.
