Shelley, I have been reading about the Apple Cider vinegar
by mouth and in enemas. I was trying to find an old post
you wrote about how much to use and cannot find it. Also,
many practitioners say no vinegar, even ACV if you have
candida. I see that you say it is good for candida! Would
you please explain. Thanks Shelley
