This is a great post. I think this one should have gotten the "R" sign.

You are spot on Shelley that as important as health is it is not the most important thing - the most important thing is peace of mind/ mental/spiritual/psychological health. Without that we have nothing. It is possible to be wracked with physical illness yet to have a high quality of life. But it is absolutely impossible to have any quality of life if you are not all there mentally.
