Yeah Sky, that's why I asked Shelley about a possible study from posts on the forums. Everyone is different but I believe there are so many things to consider in detox. Julia Chang supports the 4 weeks theory but she differs from Andreas about the use of Epsom Salts . I'm trying to combine the two and ask my body when are the best times because I have many chemical toxins in me. Between flushes, I'm doing the best I can to replace electrolytes, etc. because I already have a problem with adrenal fatigue. Good luck to you in your health adventure.
