25 small stones is good! I don't know how those hundreds of stones people are doing it, if I had 4000 or even just 500 stones in my belly I'd look pregnant. I get a couple dozen garbanzo sized beans and I'm happy! And since I started using the sensible health herbs, I mostly get chaffe type stuff, as if everything's been disintegrated or some real deep cleaning is going on. So that's cool. :)

Just be glad you FLUSHED. think of the millions of people who never ever will, they don't go down fighting, they just assume that sickness is inevitable. You're way ahead of the game just by working on it, whatever the number of stones! :)
