Several CureZone members have reported losing stones without actually flushing, just limited diet, fasting and herbs. One person accidentally did a flush by eating a high-fat meal after a fast, I thought that was fantastic! :) Another pushed out stones by stretching. Sometimes all you need to do is bend over to push them pesky stones out! Yoga/stretching is awesome for helping the liver to remain stone-free. :)
