Hi Robbie,

Can you tell me what the signs/symptoms of adrenal fatigue are and how you diagnose that? (Are there any real tests for it etc?). Ya see, I can never get to sleep - not even late. It's tough. Insomnia's my major complaint.


I don't know of any good sleep aids either besides the drug ones. Magnesium with some manganese is supposed to be good - but sometimes when my yeast is acting up, magnesium makes me wired. Weird. Also, drinking a lot of room temperature water (not near meal-times though) can help you to sleep by removing some yeast toxins. Thanks for any info.
