Robin, you may want to consider BodyPure footpads (they pull heavy metals and toxins out of the body). Check out Dr. Vinograd's forum and read some posts. I have used them and so have many others; all with good success. Matter of fact, I believe that they were one of the contributing factors to my getting well.
