I have used the Citro-mag twice now that comes prepared in the 10 oz. bottle. I worked very well for me, and wasn't bad at all! I used it with the Classic Coke Recipe, which, when shaken in a mason jar, is also not bad to take. My most recent post tells a bit of my story, and might help you. Good Luck!
