Hi Everyone! I had so much success with my first cleanse about 5 weeks ago. The constant pain in my gallbladder and shoulder areas was virtually non-existant for 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately, it began to return, and I did my 2nd cleanse last week. I used the Classic Coke recipe, with Citro-mag from the pharmacy in the morning. I also used pure apple cider, drinking it all day before the cleanse, and some the day after. The first time I cleansed, I got hundreds of stones - to my amazement, as I was very skeptical! At that time, I stopped eating solid food after lunch, continuing to drink water and apple cider, until about 2 hours before the olive oil mixture, when I fasted. I felt GREAT after, better than in years!

This second cleanse, I did not stop eating solid food until about 2 hours prior to the olive oil, and although I did get some stones, I did not get the increadible surge of well-being after this one, like I did the first time. Has anyone else had this happen, and how soon can I do the cleanse again? I am still in pain, but don't want to be too hard on my system.
