I used oxy too. It is great. I took the 10 per night for 10 days. the oxy is what helped me make the major step from laxatives to triphala. The urgency is only a couple days. I just started on a Friday night. My hubby did it too. He did 5 am and 5 pm so as not to have explosions at work. It worked out well for him and got rid of all his bloating and gas. I also use it the night after all my Liver Flushes now.
