James, I have been posting this on the liverflush forum.
I have done 2 so far and at this point it is my favorite flush.

I think the secret is (I am guessing) the Oxypowder , or more that the intestines are clean, when you do it.

The first time I used the phos and the second time I used chanca piedra instead, because I was out of phos.

I am planning to try to do it with the colonix instead of the Oxypowder , the next time. Since I am started the colonix a few days ago.

I like the schedule with ES in the afternoon and being able to eat the berries with heavy cream at 7 pm. I did not feel sick at all.
