I too have completed my third cleanse, and I tell you, the first two were so hard on me! This third one is nothing like those others. I am so thankful for the natural way, and cherishing and cleansing our temples. My skin feels so soft, even my hair. Most important, my pains are subsiding, slowly but surely. I found an easier way to take the epsolm salt. I use capsule form, make my own w/ veggie caps. Also the olive oil, if you get the light, it doesn't taste as bad, but it did make me puke in the middle of the night. The extra virgin, very green kind tastes horrid, but I kept it down, somehow, and got better results.
