Shelly I have noticed the seed oils seem to be toxins, including soy, rapeseed (canola). Anything toxic and concentrated like this is a drug and a poison. If beneficial and concentrated like olive or coconut is a tremendous potentiator of healing.n I can feel healing with the c.o. as I improve my diet I shed off layer after layer of inferior tissue. I got a healing response the first 4 days with c.o. and If all goes as it's cyclical nature I shall awake tomorrow or perhaps the next day feeling better than I have previously.
