Cooking with coconut oil is much safer and better for you than cooking with oils like olive that get denatured at high temps.

I get my coconut oil from Tropical TRaditions (www.tropicaltraditions.com) and it is fabulous. I eat it like peanut butter on crackers it is THAT good. I use it to cook everything now too.

Right now they are running a special of 2 GALLONS of their get oil for 100 dollars, no shipping!!!! I just ordered this special last week.
