Ms. Shelly I bought my first this week also for same benefits. I got G.O.L. like 15 bucks but at the rate I am using it it will be gone in one weeks time. I am already searching for gallons. I use small quantities of oil to cook with and slather on excess raw cold pressed olive, flax and c.o. oil to get all the benefits and undestroyed antioxidants and such... I have always done good on high fat diet but do not eat animal fat except for occasional dairy mostly raw cheese and occasional egg as ingredient only. I have enjoyed lowered cholesterol and all even when I ate meat. Cholesterol goes up if I eat to many grains. Enjoy very decadent!
