great advice everyone . i live in the Chicago area & a wonderful lady where i get colonics ( anyone who wants her number e-mail me ) , has what she has called a rotor rooter cleanse . she has done this for many many years and has had many satisfied customers too . i week raw food diet , then she has you drink this mixture 5 times a day .
aloe vera juice
liquid bentonite
psyllium
liquid chlorophyll
this is just the basics of her drink i wanted to share with you . it's a little more involved as she has you do other rebuilding things too .
