Hello Shelley (and anyone else who wants to help),

Last week I had colonics done, and I seemed to get a really nice amount a junk out of my system. But this Memorial Day weekend, I ate absolutely HORRIBLY!! I mean junk food was all around me, you have no idea how much crap I ate. I feel terribly guilty and I keep dwelling on the fact that I wasted my money, I mean you know how expensive colonics can be. =( Any advice/consolation, please??
