Good grief! Shelley my "do not eat" list of foods is now so long... I think dirt is the only thing left to eat. I heard about some people eating dirt lol...

Anything heavily marketed seems suspect to me. Just about any energy drink or weight gainer formula or health bar is sugar, high fructose corn syrup... or something I can't pronounce!

*shuffles off with shovel to check the back yard*
