I just wanted to know if anyone else following the SCD diet has found that they can tolerate food again after doing the liver cleanses.
I have Celiac Disease, and I've been on the SCD diet for a year. I've done 6 Liver Flushes now, and I have improved so much that I'm slowely getting off the diet. I can now tolerate corn and rice. I still have a long way to go, though.
After reading other forums, it seems like a lot of people were on the diet for years. I just hoped that I wouldn't be on the diet for the rest of my life.
Between SCD and the liver flushes, I feel almost normal again (as long as I eat the right foods).
Has anyone else on the SCD diet tried the liver flushes?
