I went to see a preventative medicine doctor and he said I have "bad bugs" in my gut and put me on the SCD diet. He said I might have to stick to it 18 months, but to try it for a month. I only just started it, 3 days now, but I was wondering, on average, when results start to show themselves. It is not an easy diet to stick to...just three days and I have lost 3 pounds. I don't need to lose weight as I am at an ideal weight. I don't want to feel tired, achy, bloated, and anxious anymore. I will probably do it till X-mas, but I know I won't stick to it if I don't see results in the first few months. It would be like asking an overweight person to do this diet, but you won't lose any weight for many months.

Anyone on this diet see results early on? or not?
