Hiya Shelley

Can I get your opinion on swimming pools containing chlorine? I read the chlorine info article on CureZone but was wondering if you think swimming pools are ok, especially for people like me trying to get rid of candida. I don't drink any chlorine tap water, but would swimming absorb it through the skin and the evaporating gas form of chlorine be inhaled while swimming?
