I have had Crohn's Disease for 3 years now, I am only 19, and no medications seem to help. I was recently hospitalized for a bowel obstruction. I've had enough of the pain, and needles, and testing. I really want to try the SCD diet, but it seems like so much work to make a simple dinner! Does anyone know of some items that can be purchased at the grocery store that are okay? Can this "almond flour" be bought at a grocery store? I really don't have the time right now to be buying pounds of almonds and grinding them up into flour. Please let me know how this can be made a bit easier for a busy college student. Thank you so much!
