Buy a juicer. You get all the legal carbs from the fruits and vegetables that you want without the irritating fiber. I have found that in a flare up my intestines are so inflamed that the fiber can cause more bleading. I have also found that a lot of juicing, eating small amounts of solid food, and using cort enemas in the beginning give your intestines time to heal without irritating them further.
