The vitamin "C" flush was one of the articles that was part of a booklet given to me with my allergy test. The company is ELISA/ACT Technologies but I don't think it is anything that Shelley didn't already know. Basically, you need a good ascorbate C with electrolytes like EmergenC or from AllergyResearchGroup. It works like this. You take 3000 mg of C every 15 minutes with about 4 oz. of water until you acheive diarrhea, watery movement, like a liver flush. It took me about 45 grams of C to "flush". Then, your done for the day. Afterwards, you take 75% of the ascorbate from what your flush number was that day. Every two weeks you do a re-calibration. Since most of are woefully deficient in vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes I thought this may be a good way to improve my problems. It has helped quite a bit and has even caused a bit of liver flushing. Lots of bile. You can go over to the Vitamin C forum and see other versions and thoughts on C. Just something else to add to the arsenal.
