Hi Bel,

I went to the store to buy the Epsom Salts . I found a bag (2 kg)with crystals, saying "for external use only" (meant to be only for a bath). Is that what you are using or is there any other version of it (for oral use)?

They used to have vitamin C in powder, but they don't carry it anymore. They sell a small pack with 15 tablets (can be dissolved in water). The strength vary from 500mg to 1000mg of vit. C. Which one do you use (regarding the strength)?
