Great! plan on doing more than one flush tho. :) Even youngsters usually need 2-4 flushes before the liver is totally clean.

So while you're in between flushes the best thing to do is keep to a good, clean diet; take liver-supporting herbs (see fAQ for list) and as many of the other foods/supplements that you feel are appropriate and fit your budget. :)
