HEY I am A raw fooder 100% as well almost 1 year. TONS OF FIBER. I also take the MH Herbs as well that you take as well. Funny!

I ate half a big bag of pumpkin seeds. Right after I ate dehydrated flax crackers. Then took the 4 pills by MH lax. Then later that night I had a large green smoothie with fiber fiber fiber. Next morning, I WAS DYING! Sick to my stomach!
