Sorry I haven't been around...I really appreciate you posting this excerpt CF. It makes sense that we need the fiber to move 'em out, but wouldn't being a raw vegan take care of that? I could try to eat better roughage afterwards, but even Davy tried flax afterwards and still got sick. I guess this is something to try maybe everyday for a week, and hopefully the reactions wouldn't be so bad after a day or two.

I think my problem is eating them too late ate night...not doing that anymore, t-r-u-s-t m-e! I still have the same one's I've been buying (raw organic) so maybe I'll buy another brand that JB suggested. Or should I get them with the shell intact to get rid of worms better?

Anyways, soak 'em and eat first thing in the morning. All I eat is fruits, salads and nuts so I don't think I should worry about fiber. Plus, I take MH's blend of berberry bark, cascara sagrada bark, cayenne, ginger, lobelia herb, red raspberry leaves, turkey rhubarb, fennel, golden seal root and olive leaf for bowel movements and I go up to 4x a day so I think that should take care of it. (sorry, TMI!) I also take his blend of 108 herbs that also contains vermicidal herbs so that should help too.

I have hemorrhoids so that might have something to do with the bleeding. I think an pissed off Tapeworm can cause bleeding also, but I'm not sure.

So, I think I'll try this suggestion for a week or two. It says that if it's done in that way that there won't be any side effects...I'll let you guys know how it goes...
So, as soon as I buy another brand of seeds to test out, I'll try this
