I just wanted to ask - is Depression all you have? Because you are doing an awfully thorough job of cleansing! In fact it sounds a lot like my routine for my candida.

What is your enema routine if you don't mind me asking? i.e. What do you use, what time of day etc.

And how do you take your chlorella?
