I agree with Shelley. When I was reading your post I was thinking "candida". I did a stools test and Klebsiella came back positive - I have candida.

Klebsiella in your stools means you have dysbiosis. So it is very likely that you may have a yeast infection (candida). On the whole things like Klebsiella are opportunistic, and not necessarily the underlying cause.

Also given your history of Antibiotics a yeast connection is looking more and more likely.
