Hi Shelley,
It has been a long time.... before 2-3 weeks I have stopped the P&B cause I was feeling very bad, I had blood in my nose... so I stopped, by the way I still haven't seen improvement in my case. I was so devastating so, nerves as I was, I slowly got back to my previous diet ...:( I know what you will say. Now my Acne are coming back slowly...and I feel that it is going to be very bad now. I am thinking on trying Threelack.. but not so sure... do you have any suggestions,what to take now if my body can't stand p&b shake?
Please help me cause I am freaking out!!!
