Hi Shelley,
I am on day 2 of my Oxypowder cleanse to try to get rid of my candida. I'm finding it tough because I haven't taken any antifungals in so long. I'd forgotten what die-off was like!

I feel light-headed and weak. Anything I can do to lessen the symptoms over the next week?
