and down my right arm for years. No burning sensation, though. A couple of times I felt sharp pain in my upper middle back too, but that was probably 4-8 months before the MC. The shoulder pain is gone...at least it was...I had a run in with a doctor yesterday and decided to eat real crap for the first time since before the fast. I ate cheese products and chocolate. The shoulder pain came back today.

Back on the wagon tonight.
