Does she eat "good". I think it depends on who you ask and what day it is! We are both trying to eat more healthy foods but still need to better transition into that. We really like Sheley's 80/20 theory and plan to try to follow a meal plan like that. If you did that, then you should be able to still enjoy your chocolate ice cream craving! We make a trip to our local outdoor creamery at least once per week. That is our treat. The rest of the week we try to eat well, exercise, etc. So we feel it is okay to splurge like that occasionally.

It can't be soy and tofu all the time! Not that we eat that stuff......but you know what I mean!
