Shelley,
as you know I've been doing daily enemas and getting great symptomatic relief from candida. But most of the time I'm getting what looks like chaff - similar to the stuff that comes out during a liver-flush. They are small, yellow, irregularly shaped pieces. They are squishy, but quite compacted. I'm pretty sure its not food as it floats and is distinct from the rest of my stools.

I've also been juicing recently - lots of carrots every day. I'm just wondering - do you think its possible that the carrot juice is "flushing" chaff out of my liver?
