You should go with Conscious Eating. It has everything your looking for. Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine mostly talks about his anti-mycosis diet. It does have a ton of recipes, but everyone I tried didn't come out right, although it does however have a great section on baby nutrition. Gabriel Cousins recommends the book Super Baby Food as the most comprehensive on the hows and whens of feeding your infant. It is a vegetarian book that he says is easily adaptable to a live-food diet. Hope this helps.
