LOL! Well, protein and salt is there in that breakfast, oh yes, so that would help. Me, tho, I would get a hangover from the meal itself LOL! :)

And I've found the same thing to be true: red wine is very benign, but spirits... argh. Must avoid. :) And beer - I turn beet red.
